Our wedding is in 6 months, can i purchase a package now?
Yes. In fact we recommend you purchase a package at the earliest convience to increase the possibility of getting your preferred domain name.
What is the process of sending our cherished photographs to you?
We understand the importance of your photographs which is why we strongly recommend you do not send any photographs in the post. You can however:
  • Send your photographs to us if they are on a CD-ROM. Although it is wise to send a backup CD-ROM, we will happily return your items free of charge.
  • Send us your photographs via email by following instructions on the confirmation email once you have completed the order form.
How long does it take to create our online wedding album?
We aim to have your digital album published ready for family and friends to enjoy as soon as possible. To avoid delay please make sure you send the photographs in digital format at your ealiest convience.
Are there ongoing costs with any of the packages?
Depending on the type of package you have chosen, the subscription period ranges from 1 to 2 years. Upon expiration Blue Impressions will contact you directly to confirm if you still wish to continue using the package. The cost for renewal is the same as the price you originally paid.
Is there any hidden costs, such as deactivating the account if we do not wish to renew?
Not at all. There is no hidden costs with any of our packages. You simply pay for the package and make annual or bi-annual payments until you no longer wish to have a website. Simple.
